No reply and ****med by evertrend

I had the most terrible experience with evertrend. I ordered a huewei P30 oled screen cover through them on the 4th of October. I kept on calling them without any reply. Eventually I received a shipment tracking number after 3 weeks to say my order is on the way way however, it has been detained at customs I needed to send some information in order for the package to be release. It was specific asking me to usethe link only my pc to open it. As I opened the link it was a link from buffaloex asking me to attach a copy of my Identity document front and back, asking with my banking statement. Knowing that this didn't feel right for me I made a call o evertrend to quiry this and five says later I had not been able to get in contact with this company at all, either through email or by making a call. I have since them made many attempts to email and contact them and have not received any reply via email and also no one answers the phone when you call. There is an answering machine but the phone never gets answered. This company is a complete ****. I paid R2010 rands for a product that I have not receive and I will be taking this further by making a complaint. Be aware that this company is not good, infact I believe it's a ****. Be warned!!!
