No refunds / returns as promised

Evertrend has no refund or replacement policy, please be aware. I have been battling AI support for 7 months, on email number 48 to get my refund back. The worst is they keep promising the refund, but it never shows. Started legal proceedings. Please dont buy anything expensive, you do not have any guarantees or after sales support
