No refund on item they didn't even have in stock

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Honestly convinced this company is a ****. Ordered an item a month ago, they said they didn't have it in stock and they'd refund me. I still haven't gotten any refund, which is against the CPA. I've sent countless emails and received dozens of promises of updates and a refund and yet, nothing.
