No delivery, no tracking, and no response from Evertrend

I placed an order with Evertrend on 7 November 2025 for an iPhone 13 Pro Max flashlight flex cable (Order EV15557). The payment went through immediately and I received an automated confirmation saying the order was being prepared for shipping.

Since then, I have received no tracking number, no delivery update, and no communication whatsoever from Evertrend.

I emailed their support team on 7 November and again on 12 November to follow up, but both messages have been completely ignored. It has now been several days with zero response and no indication that the item has been shipped.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. All I am asking for is: 1. Confirmation that the order actually exists, 2. A tracking number, or 3. A refund if they are unable to supply the item.

I will update this review if Evertrend responds, but at this stage I cannot recommend ordering from them based on my experience.
