****MER ALERT - EVERTREND

I bought a 5 Pin MagSafe 1 (L-Shaped) to USB-C / Type-C PD on the 03 Sep 2025, and the expected delivery date the site said was on the 15th of Sep, but I am still awaiting this delivery, there hasn't been any form of transparency regarding the progress of my order. No Tracking number yet, No response on your provided 010 land-line, the machine tells me to wait for an available consultant but no-one every picks until it takes me to voice-mail and asks me to leave a message. For a first-time user of your e-comm site I'm very annoyed, as the estimated delivery date from your site when I was purchasing it said it will be on the 15th and today is the 15th but there hasn't been any form of communication from these guys whatsoever, I think these guys are just a bunch of ****mers. Because I don't think any professional company whether big or small would sell something and not keep the client informed on their order, but simply go MIA, this type of behaviour is of ************* and shady operations. I'm annoyed and disgusted, sies maan!
