Lip service from ALYSSA Evetrend. NO REFUND

Placed a order with everyrend on the 4th of August 2025. On the 18th I was notified that their supplier is out of stock. I was asked if I would like a alternative product or a refund. I preferred a refund. I've been asking and following up several times about the refund with only a "We sincerely apologize" bla bla bla. Today is 10 October 2025 still with no refund. Last response from Alyssa was on the 21st of October with " I sincerely apologize bla bla. Today is the 10th of November 2025.
