I received the opportunity to review before actually taking delivery? I never did receive what I had ordered initially and had to eventually call to find out what was happening - only to be told that there was no stock. In their defence Evertrend did then offer me a few alternatives which I accepted. Overall I felt they did their best to rectify the situation and I would be comfortable buying from them again.
