I placed my order with Evertrend on the 11 October 2025 not knowing that the product wasnt kept local and had to be sent from China

I placed my order with Evertrend on the 11 October 2025 not knowing that the product wasnt kept local and had to be sent from China. As of today 26 November I still havent received my item and no-one can tell me when it will be released at customs.
