I have serious doubts that this company is legit. I bought a projector from them, but they didn’t ship it for two weeks and gave me no updates at all. I had to email them myself, and only then did they reply to say it was out of stock. I asked for a refund, but now it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my money back.

Whenever I call or email to ask, they just say my refund is “being processed.” They even promised I’d get it within 48 hours—but that never happened.

It feels like they are intentionally delaying the refund, maybe hoping not to give it back at all. Even if this isn’t a **** company, their customer service and efficiency are terrible.

Don’t be tempted by low prices—small shopping websites like this often offer no protection. If possible, please tell me how I can report them.
