HP Pavillion 360 screen (Refund)

I bought an HP Pavillion 360 screen, they send the wrong screen,then we had an agreement that,i would send back the screen and they will refund my money or correct screen....now they are ignoring my emails, they don't respond anymore, by the look of things they don't want to refund me, if there was a zero rating, i would without hesitation rate them zero, EVER TREND is the worst,good people don't fall victim like i did, do not buy their products, they are **** ans ****mers 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭,my hard earned money is nowhere to be seen...i am shattered, depressed and don't know what to do anymore....The person ''Alyssa Brijlal'' was the one lying to me, he convinced me,that i would get my refund....
