Hi. I purchased the laser mole and wart removal device. It does not work well. Since it doesn't have enough power. It isn't like the equipment I trained with. I read in the in the information supp**** that we have have up to 14 days to return if we have a problem. It was after 7 days that I reported it, cause I was working and didn't get the time. Evertrend responded by saying that they have a 7 day time period and that they can't do anything, but will notify the manufacturer. What do I do with this device?
