Goods are IMPORTED without informing the customer of this fact

Goods are imported, and not supp**** from local stock levels.

This fact is not clearly stated when ordering, in fact the entire website experience creates the perception that stock is local, and delivery would take a day (or 2 or 3).

If the business model functions like this.... why not state it openly.

I do regular e-commerce, and this is not acceptable (unless the "import" fact is stated clearly and before taking the customer's order).

Imports into South Africa has been a hit-and-miss for me, so I avoid these websites at all cost. Could not avoid evertrend.co.za though.

Don't be caught like me, unless e-commerce is like gambling to you.

P.S. Am still awaiting my delivery after 7 calendar days... let's see? Goods have not been shipped yet.

Apparently I will be informed once my order has been shipped. Shipped from where.....? China, India, North Pole, your office in Jhb.

I would rather avoid this e-commerce site.
