Failures all round

Purchased something online from them, guaranteed arrival by the Friday. Friday comes, they have yet to dispatch.

I requested an order cancellation since they did not live up to commitment. Waited 2 weeks now for funds which I still don't have back, no replies to emails and apparently a cancellation fee.

Failures on every front.
