Evetrend - Don't pay refunds

We bought a camcorder in December 2024. The camera was returned to Evertrend due to touch screen not working. A new camcorder was received in the beginning of 2025. After using the camcorder we realised - zoom of 18x does not work properly, also zoom jumps - camera software freezes sporadically, must reboot camera - camera auto focus not working - takes couple of sec to focus if it does at all - camera definately not 4k, picture quality bad, even with all settings set to best options. We then returned the camcorder during March 2025 and requested a refund. After several emails and empty promises from Alyssa Brijlal no refund was received. It's been more than 6 months and still no refund. We will definitely not recommended Evertrend to anybody.
