Evertrend PMC Jewellery Hearing Aid Hoax

Hi All,

I have been cheated by Evertrend, selling me a Hearing Aid, WITHOUT BLUETOOTH functionality, for R709. After 2 weeks of calls and emails, I received this letter "due to our hygiene policy, we are unable to accept a return of the hearing aid, even if unused. I know this might be disappointing, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

I completely understand your concerns about the Bluetooth functionality and color, and I deeply regret that the product did not meet your expectations. I know how important these features are, especially when dealing with hearing difficulties, and I genuinely wish I could have found a better solution for you
