Evertrend online order EV 12163 - R Pietrucci

I placed an order online with this Company on 07 July 2025, for some reason they could not deliver the order after which I cancelled the order and requested a full refund since the error was not mine! The response I received from Evertrend on 02 September was that they cannot refund my payment since they are awaiting feedback from a Company called 'Buffalo", with whom I had no dealings. The order number is EV 12163, and I have still not received my refund!!
