Evertrend is really terrible

I ordered 2 products from them and the experience was terrible. Firstly, the product was delivered late, secondly the product was not as advertised and I decided to return back to them. Finally they received the return package and they never refunded me till date and it’s been over 2 months. They never pick up calls and email
