If there was a ZERO star rating I would start by that. I ordered a Lenovo t450 Keyboard on the 5th of may. I didn’t receive any confirmation via mail or communication for delivery. After a week I contacted the office. A guy answered and said he would send a tracking number. A few days go by and still nothing. I called again and the guy mentions that they don’t have stock and have to cancel the order. I would need to send through my banking details. So I did that. It’s not the 26th of may and I haven’t received any payment. I have been communicating with a person by the name of Alyssa,Absolutely useless. This company is a total joke. The line of communication is zero to none. I’m sure they deal with several refunds on a daily basis due to the poor service. I mean they can’t even get a refund correct. This is exactly how an online platform shout not be run.
