Evertrend - BIG ****

BIG ****!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Ordered an item on the 15 Sep, 2 weeks later the order was cancelled as Evertrend had no stock. Since then (over 2 months now), I have emailed them 6 times requesting my refund. Still nothing. Alyssa reply to the email a day or 2 later promising the refund to no avail. When calling them on their phone, NO-ONE has ever answered. If Alyssa spends the same amount of time with the accountant as she spends writing the email, I might have got my refund. Obviously, this is a BIG ****
