Drop-shipping Nightmare

Do not use this company. Their advertised timelines of 5 working days are incorrect, as they are a drop-shipping company and do not hold any stock.

They fail to keep you updated as promised. After 6 days, I called to check on my parcel, and they said it was with the courier. When I asked for the tracking number, they couldn’t provide it. I then asked for the courier's name, and they mentioned Buffalo. At this point, I realized my order was coming from China and that they were drop-shipping. I stated I wanted to cancel my order if it didn’t arrive within 5 working days, as per their terms and conditions, but they refused and said I had to receive the order first. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
