Don't buy from Evertrend!

I bought a phone from Evertrend online and, having reviewed the specifications later that evening, realised something wasn't right as it was not matching the specifications of the actual model I was looking for.

I then went ahead and cancelled the purchase before they shipped it, and they were in contact confirming the cancellation. I then proceeded to wait for further instructions, and they asked for my banking details, which I provided. They have been communicating, but since then, it has been excuse after excuse for weeks now. They have been promising to reimburse me, and I haven't received my money back. I feel annoyed that, regardless of the communication, I still have no resolution from them.
