Do not use Evertrend!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered the correct item, but they sent me the wrong product. When I contacted them, they insisted that their supplier confirmed the correct item was sent—essentially implying that I was lying! Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they kept deflecting responsibility. To make matters worse, they told me that if I wanted a refund, they would deduct the courier fee for collection from my refund, and I’d have to pay a 15% handling fee—for THEIR mistake! The order clearly shows that I purchased the correct item, but it seems like they don’t even check their own records. Mistakes happen, but the way a company handles them says everything. Instead of taking responsibility, they made me pay for their error. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
