Customer service pat...

Customer service pathetic....when I raised the issue of returning the item (because of their false advertising) this is the response I got: • Change of mind returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. • We do not refund the delivery fee, as these are imported items and import duties have already been paid by us. • Return shipping must be handled by the buyer. So I have to return the item on my cost with a 15% handling fee......All because they advertise an item that cannot deliver!!!
