Communications stopped after item was received, no refund received.

I have done a return on the item I purchased as it did not contain the vital part I needed. Alyssa Brijlal responded eventually and gave me the address and details I need fo the return. Since then I have not heard from Alyssa and can not get hold of anyone at Evertrend. I just want my money back.

Customer service is terrible.
