Cellphone purchase

<div>Hello. I bought a phone online from company called Evertrend and paid for it in full on the 27th March 2025. According to the advert the phone is a Dual SIM phone but they delivered a single SIM phone. I'm not happy with a couple of features on the phone. The network is 3G and the software is a 8.1 Android which I feel is outdated. I wouldn't have paid over R2500 for a 3G network phone in 2025. Now I try to send them emails about my complain and that I want refund but I'm struggling to get a respond from them. I feel like I was ****med of my money . When you switch the phone on it doesn't reflect the brand name of the phone like other phones will do. So I'm really not happy. I'm asking for assistance as well as advice. The phone was a present to my daughter but she can't use a phone like that where by it's not in that standard to download and also the storage . It's such a disappointment to be honest.</div>
