I made a purchase of a camera in July 2025. After going back and forth with them I ended up saying they must just EFT my money I will look for the camera elsewhere (even though the return was within their return terms). I sent my banking detail many times. Still no money in my bank account.

The reason for the return of the camera. The picture did not say 60 mp at all. The pictures looked like they were taken from the very first Blackberry phone. So I raised my concerns with them. I went as far as letting them know that my phone takes way better picture as a 48 mp.

On the return they wrote it as if I was no longer interested in the item, yet the camera could not even perform basin functions like videos that are not pixlated for 60 megapixel camera.

Now I can see the year is coming to an end and still no refund. The number +***7 is not getting through at all.

People please learn from my lesson and do not order from this company. If you are seeing they are using Buffalo couriers that also take forever to come.

Honestly the camera looked like it was the shell of the top camera brands with a hardware from a sweatshop in China. Really not worth the time, hassle and money. Please help.
