AVOID EVERTREND AT ALL COSTS! 32-DAY DELIVERY NIGHTMARE!

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the absolute incompetence I've experienced with Evertrend. I placed my order on November 2nd, 2024, and after a grueling 32-day wait, I finally received my package on December 3rd, 2024.

Evertrend's courier service is a complete disaster. They claim to partner with Buffalo Couriers, but they subcontracted my delivery to Skynet Couriers - a company that's somehow even more inept and *********** than Buffalo Couriers. The lack of accountability and reliability is staggering. Avoid Evertrend and their dubious courier partners at all costs!

But that's not even the worst part. When I called to follow up on my package, I was shocked to discover that it had been sent on a wild goose chase across the country! Despite living in Cape Town, my package was first sent to Polokwane from Johannesburg, then to Limpopo, before finally being sent back to Cape Town. I mean, what kind of logistical madness is this?!

The worst part is A friend of mine purchased the same item from Temu for R130 (at the time I didn't know they also sell it, whereas I paid a staggering R477 from Evertrend. To add insult to injury, my friend received his order within a week, while I waited for an eternity. If I had known about Temu's better offer, I would have never even contact Evertrend. Now, I'm on a mission to warn everyone I know about Evertrend's outrageous prices and appalling service. Buyer beware: Evertrend is a completely unreliable and overpriced retailer

Evertrend's services is an absolute joke. Their communication is non-existent, and their customer service is woefully inadequate. I demand better from any company, let alone one that claims to be a reputable online retailer.

Not to even mention the amount of calls I had to make to Buffalo Couriers and SkyNet Couriers to track the overcharged lights.

To anyone considering using Evertrend, let my experience be a warning to you: AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! You'll be sorry if you don't. PS: Google Maps can't even find the address listed on their website. As a bonus THE NUMBER ASLO DOESN'T WORK!!!!!
