🚨 Avoid EverTrend! A Costly Lesson in Poor Service & Wrong Items 🚨

I wish I could give -5 stars and that I had done my research before ordering from EVERTREND.

Absolutely the WORST experience!

I ordered a NO NEUTRAL Aqara 3-Gang Smart Light Switch on 22 Jan 2025, and it arrived on 31 Jan 2025—only to discover they had sent the wrong item. The switch I received requires a neutral wire, making it completely incompatible with South African wiring standards.

I immediately contacted Alyssa Brijlal (***), who apologized, but her words felt empty. What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth—days of emails and photo requests, with no real effort to resolve the issue.

At this point, I’ve come to accept that they’ve wasted my time and I’ve lost my money.

🚨 Do NOT order from EverTrend! 🚨 Save yourself the frustration and buy from a reputable LOCAL company with a proper return policy.

Lesson learned the hard way.

I question the reviewers that gave 5Stars!!!!!!!
