Pathetic and absolutely poor Service!!!!

Terrible service, *********** staff. We have a rising damp problem. We contacted Outsurance to log a claim and Everstream was contracted out. After an hour of them searching for a leak my husband (being a technical person) had too explain to the plumber how too use his own equipment and within 2 minutes the leak was detected. They were authorized too change the pipes in the house and this is were all the drama started. We are now two weeks into the job and all they have done was chased the slots and inserted the pipes very poorly. They have left a big hole from the outside into our bathroom, scratched our bath as no tarps was laid down for covering before starting to open the wall. Pipes on the outside was not done properly as they installed them around the gutter. Paint has been burned and plaster chipped. Hot and cold water has been swopped around on taps. They are never on time and arrive 2 too 3 hours after arranged times. At 6'o clock at night they think it's ok too send builders for plastering that was arranged for 1'o clock in the afternoon. No use requesting too talk to a manager as she is just as *********** and does not refer complaints to anyone higher up.
