Amateurs keep company
My geyser, which is still under warranty, had burst yesterday morning at 6am. After going through the useless insurers (CIA) to orgainse the plumbing service to replace the geyser. So I get a call from Everstream at 1pm. They were apparently only informed at 12:30pm. I guess useless amateurs keep company.
Anyhow, they promised that they would assess the geyser at 3pm...the next day.
Come the next day, 3pm arrives and, well, no plumber. I call Everstream, and they tell me that the plumber will be with me in an hour - this after numerous attempts to contact him went unanswered.
It's not 5:16pm - 36 hours without water.
They seem to make no attempt at assuring me that they are on the job. I am the one who keeps on calling them to ask when the plumber is on his way.
If you don't like your jobs, get out of it. There are plenty of more enthusiastic people out there looking for work.
