Terrible service worst 😪

My geyser broke and I called Outsurance to replace it. I was given this company. They came to fix my geyser on 26th of June. But that night the water was called. I called the guys back and Norman gave me attitude, they came back the same night and they claimed it was an electrical problem. They promised to come back the next day with the electrician but the electrician came alone and he could not find any problems from the geyser. I called Norman again to let him speak to the electrician, then he promised to come back at 7pm to exchange a mixer valve or something. He still gave me attitude for no reason for obvious reasons I was annoyed at the service rendered. The worst part after 8pm they **** and kept saying they were 13 kilometers away from my house and after 1 hour 30 minutes where now I was calling their boss Sihle did they tell me that they were in Midrand going to fetch the part. They eventually got to my house and fixed the warm water situation but now my water pressure is low and I told them. They came back twice to try fix the warm water press but it's still not fixed.
