Missing items in Everlast product

I purchased an 'Everlast Power Core Bench With Barbell, Dumbbell Handle & 28.2kg Weights' that turned out what seemed to be a refurb unit. There wasn't even bolts to put the thing together, no barebell and no userguide to name a few of what was missing.

I promptly called takealot who promised collection within 24hrs. Its been longer 48hrs and no responses to my emails. The call center has generic reponses and can't assist saying that it should've been collected, but the warehouse department is dealing with it. Can't speak to the warehouse department and they are not responding to my emails. Infuriated!

How is it possible that so many items are missing in the Everlast box? Surely there should be process in place to avoid this.
