Exceptional Service

I wanted to buy the Everlast walking pad/treadmill but was skeptical about purchasing online since there are so many ****mers these days. So to verify their legitimacy I went to their website and took the number of one of their sales reps. I called and went to through to voice-mail but in less than 10 mins their Durban Area Manager Mark called me back to assist. The service I received from him was exceptional 👌. • he offered different purchasing methods so I can choose the one I'm most comfortable with • checked availability of stock for me • got back to me with confirmation • gave advise on product and its features • took my order number with the intent to follow up during the work week • offered technical support once order arrives AND HE DID ALL THIS ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON GUYS. Order was place 28/06 I received it 01/07. That was quick. I would just like thank Mark and Everlast for a great experience. Thank you guys.
