Who do you blame, the buyer, the seller or the manufacturer?

<p>On Saturday I bought 15 boxes of Riverside Assorted pies, that go in 4s in a box. I've been bying these pies for months now ever since, and they are for catering the church volunteers on Sundays. I prepared them on Saturday evening & cut them in halves before I place them in trays & serve them on Sunday Morning around 10:00 am. I've been doing this process ever since I started serving the church volunteers with Riverside pies. This has been my business for some time now & I have been serving the church volunteers with different menus but ever since Evergreens introduced the Riverside Pies I've been consistant buying them because they are enough to feed the amount of people volunteering in church. The past Sunday 12/03/17, one church member called me after I've distributed the trays to different departments, to show me the moulds inside the pies. The following day on a Monday morning I collected some of the pies that were not eaten by the volunteers, to returned them back to Evergreens to report the incident, Unfortunately the pies that I returned didn't have the evidence that I was presenting. I then told the supervisor concerned that I will rather send him pictures & the email that I sent to the church human resource person as an apology for bad service as a proof to back up my allegations. After I've sent the email to Evergrreens the supervisor told me he will report the matter with the Riverside supplier, he was excusing himself away from the matter. I rep**** the email to explain how difficult he was turning the matter into as I was expecting him to refund me for the pies I bought from Evergreens not from their supplier & Ecvergreens to take the matter with Riverside as their supplier, but he told me the supplier promised to revert back to me & until today, midday I haven't received any form of correspondence from any of them, being the Riverside Supplier nor Evergreens. To my understanding i was expecting Evergreens to deal with their supplier take me out of the equation like I did when I dealt with them as my supplier. I am very disappointed because I've been Evergreens customers for years now. I would appreciate if this matter can be considered a threat for people's health.</p>
