POOR SERVICE AND *****ELENT

so stay away from evergreen Kempton Park. what they did is they added an item in my grocery that I never bought or seen thereafter as to what is. it just says FQ on the receipt and it was multip**** by 2. I went back to find only to be told that its meat but no one know what kind of meat it is and the cameras are not working to check... I was told to leave and they will call back by Monday as they needed to investigate. now I have to waist my petrol and time to go there AGAIN!!!! they have not responded even...

I don't want to go into details on their Russian of which one of then had a white plastic in it... well that can be an error with the butcher but I am shocked at how the service is so poor and most of the staff so rude... from cashier to a gentleman at the door to the manager even... the only people who were better was the security... it is disappointing and I am not holding my breath!!!!!
