Complain

Hi my name is Menzi I have cash back card with evergreen store in pretoria. I was told that I can get cash back the time I was registering. But today I was told by Sydney Ngobeni ***) that I can only by goods inside the shop. I was not happy with his explanation I asked the management he said everything stop to him I can not go further. And he was very rude and he made me loughing stock inside the shop.

Please help where can I get assisted. Thank you
