Bad service

So disappointed on the service, firstly the gad items that were 3 for R50 but when we got to tell till it was not the case,secondly when I bought from the bakery they did give me all my items, security didn't even see that the was a missing items at the check point. Now I get home and I find my item no there but it's invoiced,I call the store and I'm for ever kept on hold. Now I have to drive another 10km back tomorrow to the store
