Unfair labour practice for little us

I would like to warn job seekers... Be very careful. In September 2019. I was employed by FEMIDA GOVENDER FROM DURBAN,whi started a broker company in Randburg called EVERGREEN MEMORIAL SERVICES. I received a letter of employment which is very evasive... Does not mention I will be on training etc... I assisted school leavers in the call center... But there was nothing to train with... No phones. No live systems... Very disorganized.. I resigned 3 weeks later... This woman has NOT YET PAID ME. I took the matter up with depart of labour... FEMIDA signed the acknowledgement letter... Makes all the FALSE promises... I have on wattsapp... But now blocked me... Refuses to take my calls... She really does believe she knows it all... Can anyone out there please assist me to get my salary from this woman... All she ever says " shame LOL" IS THIS WHAT SA LAWS ARE... NO RIGHTS FOR THE PEOPLE... I have no money Sylvie Segers
