Breach of contract, ******** termination of website development contract
Breach of contract, ******** termination of website development contract. Misrepresentation of work promised to be done, as per contract. Took my deposit R13,655.24 and also still have all the work already done. They refused a refund. Website was poor quality and never signed off. When asked to fix the issues to match their promises in the contract, they just canceled the contract. Highly unprofessional. Evergreen took my business money, never delivered a service and caused our company, which does business International, tremendous damage.
