Terrible Customer Service

The overall experience wit Evergreen Lawns was terrible, I'm so disappointed. I've been trying for more than a week to just get someone to talk to me and send me a quote. I spoke to Vincent and the office several times and they promise to send it but nothing happens. They are ignoring my calls and removing any complaints I lodge on Facebook.
