Disgusting after sales and excuses

<p>We had some Evergreen Lawns installed in December, The guys came, levelled the ground, and laid the sections of turf, I asked if they were not going to treat the soil or anything and the Owner, Vincent< said there was no need.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a few days the lawn started dying, even after watering each day as much as we could</p> <p> </p> <p>When we saw the grass deteriorating more, we went and got compost and threw that down to try assist, but the grass carried on dying, I called Vincent and he came out and accused us of not watering, as he lifted the grass sections, it was eveident that no roots ahd got past the compacted soil, and that most of the lays did not take, his accusation was that we did not water, and there was no guarantee, and that we should have called him earlier, </p> <p> </p> <p>He then took a sample and supposedly went back tot he farm for analysis, and said he would get back to us on Monday, he did not, and when I contacted him last night, he ignored us, and today he finally responded, I toold his we would go to the head office and complain, and he simply said, He is the boss, and kind of told us , that the R4000 we paid, was lost and there was no solution</p>
