Terrible service

Policy number: EVMT0155B.. I would like to ecpress my huge dissapointment with the serbice I ma gettong from this company . My husband passed away on the 2nd of this month till now my claim has not been approved. I had to use loans to bury him because payment is not approved till now.

I fknd it so hard to believe that how can something like this be ppssible. I would loke to please get somekind of follow up feedback. Im draine and frustrated. Calls using my last airtime have been madd witout success.
