<p>i had a funeral cover with everest funeral cover, they are based in pretoria. my premium was R300 and they still deduct from persal despite the fact that i have buried my mother in 17 September 2016. The matter of fact here is that this product was a package that was supposed to come with (catering, groceries, tombstone and the casket). They failed to supply CATERING, GROCERIES,TOMBSTONE. The only provided the casket that was not fit for the body(too small) and they also promised to bring invoice for the casket which to date they failed. Ive tried to contact them with regards to the outstanding stuff. Everytime they tell me they paid everything. Ive launched a complaint with them with no luck.
