Everest Funerals did not pay my claim

My name is Sasa Wallace id no *** cell no ***. I have Funeral policies with Everest Funerals since 15 April 2004 and have been paying my premiums monthly on time. On 16 April 2015 my uncle Mr Mmepa Levy Makau whom i covered for R10 000,00 passed away. I immediately contacted Winston at Everest Funerals on *** to put in a claim. On the 17 Apr 15 I took in to the Pretoria office - *** copy of my ID Book, Salary Slip as proof of payment and i filled in a claim form, I was assisted by Thami ***. On Monday 20 Apr 15 I emailed copy of deceased Death Certificate, ID and Notice of death form to [Email Removed] which Thami confirmed that he received the documentation. On 22 Apr I called Thami informing him that the funeral is on 25 Apr 15 and he said the money will be paid in by 23 Apr and the money was never paid in, 24 Apr i called they said they need my bank statement where the money will be paid in, i emailed but the money was never paid in. Until today 30 Apr after i called and visited the office all I get is promises and no money is paid in yet. Please assist me.
