Pathethic Medical Aid Billing Company

Everest Billing Solutions is a medical aid billing company and by far the worst I have ever known off. It all started in 2018 when they billed the account incorrectly with incorrect dates, I contacted them and asked them to correct the billing as medical aid had pointed out that they billed for additional days after the patient was discharged. They said that they will make the changes and send to medical aid. Medical aid paid the complete bill. Since then to date, they have been posting me an account, every few months, not monthly. This is still happening. I have written emails from Ameena in their accounts department confirming that nothing is owing and that she will resolve her admin issues, to date this matter remains unresolved. I called Everest Billing on Jun 12th, chatted to Nicolene, who said that she will get Ameena to resolve. I called Nicolette again on Jun 18th and was advised that Ameena is off sick and that we will have to wait till Ameena is back to work. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and was told that her number cannot be given. I called the actual treating Doctors rooms and chatted to Candice, who is fully aware of these errors made by Everest Billing Solutions dated back to 2018 and is aware of the recurring issue.
