Awesome Customer Service!

I have been looking for the wooden House of York roller towel holder for ages in the shops but have not been able to find any. I found an email address on the website and submitted a query, which was forwarded to Jose. When I explained that I haven't been able to find the product, Jose undertook to find one for me. He asked for my physical address, so that he could drop the item off. He said there would be no charge. I explained it was for work and then asked for two, and asked how much they would cost. Again, he refused to take any payment, asked when I would be available to receive the items, kept me up to date with when he would be able to deliver, and today they arrived at work!
