disgusted service they conned me

I ordered a flower back drop from this lady Trish for my daughters stage for her wedding day and paid and she didn't show up its been a month and im still waiting for my money back but not im blocked on facebook and WhatsApp and still no money back very disgusted as she didn't have the decentcy to call back my daughter was literally in tears as she didn't have a stage. im so furious
