Eventful Media dance videos & photos

My granddaughter danced at SA Dance school championships in October. This year you were told you had to pay for the photos & video. You were sent a link with the video & photos. You could vaguely see who it was but couldn't open them as you had to pay for them. I paid for the photos & video last week. Nothing has been received. I have sent numerous emails & FB messages but nothing. I have tried phoning you are told the extension you are trying to reach is unavailable. I have never come across such unprofessional behavior. Next step would be to personally go to their premises & I wonder if you eill even find anyone.
