EVENT STYLING BY MARGE B are *****S

I got married in June 2018 and employed an event planner, her company is called EVENT STYLING by Marge B. the wedding was amazing, however certain elements i had paid for was not delivered. its going onto 4 months and she still hasn't refunded my money, i even gave her a lawyers letter and still chose not to pay me. she has blocked me off all social media so i cant even get hold of her. in my opinion shes a *****!!! her work is great, but if this how you treat a client and cant take criticism, then you in the wrong industry (told her a few things i wasn't happy about and she didn't take it well) she put up a post on Instagram before i got blocked, that no one will be 100% happy, hunny if i'm paying you, i want to be 150% happy. you're not doing me a favor!
