Terrible security on site

I received an email advising that i changed my password no were did i ever I've sent several emails trying to get my password changed no help i created an other profile i asked them to please delete my profiles of the data base as this is platform is not secure i than received an email that say my account was e not breached but the password was changed for security i know the rules of acts no i have read them all changes can not be made with out notifying us wid like to have this rectified. This is currently breaching my security and im not happy
